But before you can take advantage of these hiring assistance schemes, you need to know about them first \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n<p>Here&#8217;s an update on existing hiring support schemes!<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment aid news: the latest announcements<\/h2>\n\n<p>The latest news on the job market is of course marked by two key measures:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Extension of financial aid for work-study contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The creation of a professionalization contract for the long-term unemployed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altermes.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/emploi-senior-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-247914\" width=\"445\" height=\"296\"><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Extension of financial aid for work-study contracts<\/h3>\n\n<p>The government is committed to apprenticeship, and the figures seem to bear it out, with 500,000 work-study contracts signed by 2020, an all-time record.<\/p>\n\n<p>This led to an initial extension of the measure until December 31, 2021, and we have just learned that the aid for hiring apprentices will finally be maintained until June 30, 2022.<\/p>\n\n<p>As a reminder, this state aid consists of a bonus of a total of \u20ac8,000 (\u20ac5,000 in the case of hiring a minor) per alternating work-study student, paid monthly, and forms part of the &#8220;1 young person, 1 solution&#8221; plan mentioned below.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The creation of a professionalization contract for the long-term unemployed<\/h3>\n\n<p>Youth employment is a priority, but other categories are not forgotten, particularly the long-term unemployed.<\/p>\n\n<p>Hiring a jobseeker over the age of 45 under a professionalization contract now entitles you to state aid of up to \u20ac2,000, which can also be combined with the flat-rate P\u00f4le Emploi aid of \u20ac8,000.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hiring aids: what are the schemes provided by the Ministry of Labor and P\u00f4le Emploi?<\/h2>\n\n<p>As part of the drive to revitalize the French labor market, successive governments have introduced numerous measures to facilitate hiring.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment aids for young people<\/h3>\n\n<p>The &#8220;1 Jeune 1 Solution&#8221; plan, designed to help young people enter the job market, is probably the best known to the general public. In fact, there are several different measures to suit everyone&#8217;s needs:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Apprenticeship bonus<\/strong>, from \u20ac5,000 to \u20ac8,000, for hiring a young person on a sandwich course.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Professionalization bonus<\/strong>, from \u20ac5,000 to \u20ac8,000, for hiring a young person under 30 on a professionalization contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ecological&#8221; bonus,<\/strong> for hiring a young person on a VTE (Volontariat Territorial en Entreprise) program as part of a project linked to the energy and ecological transition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Help with hiring a CIEJ<\/strong> (Contrat Initiative Emploi Jeune) in the commercial sector, in the form of partial financing of the salary, up to a maximum of \u20ac8682.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support for hiring under the PECJ<\/strong> (Parcours Emploi Comp\u00e9tences Jeunes) <strong>scheme<\/strong> in the non-profit sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exceptional support for youth employment<\/strong>, up to \u20ac4,000 per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support for VTA<\/strong> (Volontariat Territorial en Administration) in rural areas of \u20ac15,000 for young graduates)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7,000 annual grant for <strong>youth and popular education projects<\/strong> (FONJEP post)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assistance of up to \u20ac12,000 per year for the <strong>recruitment of young people in sports associations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altermes.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/Aide-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Aids\" class=\"wp-image-247919\" width=\"512\" height=\"342\"\/><\/figure>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aid for hiring specific employees<\/h3>\n\n<p>Of course, employment aids are not just for young people. Many other categories of employees are also eligible:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Support for the recruitment of disabled<\/strong> people (RQTH: Reconnaissance de la Qualit\u00e9 de Travailleur Handicap\u00e9), up to a maximum of \u20ac4,000.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,000 <strong>grant for hiring jobseekers over 45<\/strong> on professionalization contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2,000 <strong>grant for hiring jobseekers over 26<\/strong> on professionalization contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reduction in employer contributions for the<strong>hiring of &#8220;small salaries<\/strong><strong>&#8220;<\/strong> (less than \u20ac2543 gross per month), better known as the &#8220;Fillon law&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The CUI (Contrat Unique d&#8217;Insertion) and CAE (Contrat d&#8217;Accompagnement dans l&#8217;Emploi) schemes provide financial assistance from the state of up to 95% of the SMIC hourly rate for <strong>hiring people who are having difficulty finding work<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemption from employer contributions for <strong>hiring seasonal workers<\/strong> in the agricultural sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment aids in geographical areas experiencing economic and social difficulties<\/h3>\n\n<p>Last but not least, government employment assistance schemes are also designed to boost the labor market in priority geographical areas.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tax exemption for <strong>companies located in ZFU-TE<\/strong> (Zone Franche Urbaine &#8211; Territoire Entrepreneurs) and hiring local workers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exemption from social security contributions and taxes in ZRR<\/strong> (Zone de Revitalisation Rurale) areas when hiring new employees, depending on the nature of the business and the number of employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exemption from taxes and contributions in BER<\/strong> (Bassin d&#8217;Emploi \u00e0 Redynamiser) areas when setting up or expanding a business and taking on new employees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemption from property tax (CFE and TFPB) for a <strong>company located in a QPV<\/strong> (Quartiers Prioritaires de la Ville &#8211; Priority Urban Neighborhoods)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exemption from taxes (IR, IS, CFE, etc.) and social security contributions (sickness, old age, etc.) for <strong>companies located in the ZRD<\/strong> (Zone de Restructuration de la D\u00e9fense).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><em>Source : <a href=\"http:\/\/service-public.fr\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">service-public.fr<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How can I take advantage of hiring incentives as a company?<\/h2>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.altermes.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/conseil--1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-247921\" width=\"512\" height=\"342\"><\/figure>\n<p>There are numerous measures in place to facilitate employment and business growth.
